Founded in 1987 by representatives of Readington Township Churches to address the needs of our community, especially those who fall through the cracks. The outcome was that each church pledged food and cash to help those in need. It has since grown through the support of the Readington community, Scouts, local schools, and generous citizens. The funds collected are used to assist those in need. There are no paid staff! All bills we pay are paid anonymously and directly to the vendor. No cash is given out to individuals.
